We introduced a $34.99 minimum to manage shipping costs while maintaining the quality and affordability of our products. Free shipping on orders over $34.99 ensures our customers don’t bear extra fees.
What happens to orders under $34.99?
At this time, we cannot process orders under $34.99. Smaller orders carry higher logistical costs that affect our ability to keep prices fair. As our business grows, we aim to reduce or remove this minimum.
Will the minimum order for free shipping ever decrease?
Yes — our long-term goal is to lower the threshold so free shipping becomes available on smaller orders as well.
Holiday & Weekend Shipping
- Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS.
- Average transit time to the East Coast is about 7 business days, but this may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or service interruptions.
- We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
